Nell is a mental health clinician and certified Pilates instructor passionate about helping others. Her mission is to help you create a healthy and long-lasting relationship with movement that benefits both mind and body for years to come!
Nell received her Pilates certification from Core Pilates NYC. She believes exercise does not have to be extreme to be effective. “You can build strength through small and intentional movement every day.” This is why the Pilates method is so important. Pilates requires mental focus and intention to execute each exercise properly. Nell believes in a holistic approach to exercise. Her sessions focus on strengthening the mind-body connection to improve physical and mental endurance.
